Group fitness rooted in fundamentals

I teach group fitness classes focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, and sustainable training. Currently teaching in Rotterdam and surrounding areas.

Functional HIIT

High

High-intensity interval training built around functional movements. Short bursts of effort, active recovery, and real-world patterns that carry over to daily life.

45 minutes For: Intermediate and above

Mobility & Core

Low

Targeted work on joint mobility, stability, and core strength. Builds the foundation that makes every other training more effective and reduces injury risk.

45 minutes For: All levels

Strength & Conditioning

Moderate

Full-body strength training covering the core movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry. Technique first, progressive loading as confidence builds.

60 minutes For: All levels

Coaching philosophy

Consistency over perfection

Three solid sessions a week for a year beats six sessions for two months then nothing. Your body adapts over time — give it that time.

Strength as foundation

Building strength makes everything else better. Endurance, mobility, injury resilience — strength underpins all of it.

Movement quality

Technique first, load second. Moving well is not just safer — it produces better results. We earn the weight.
