Background

I am Radek Kargul — a fitness coach and personal trainer based in the Netherlands. I started Kargul Fit to make quality coaching accessible to more people, whether they are just starting their fitness journey or looking to build on years of experience.

I have been working in fitness professionally for several years, coaching clients online and in-person across a range of goals: fat loss, strength, endurance, and movement quality. Before that, I spent years training myself — making every mistake in the book so you do not have to.

Approach

My coaching philosophy is built on three things: consistency over intensity, technique before load, and programmes that fit real lives. I am not interested in making training unnecessarily hard. I am interested in making it sustainable.

Every client is different. I start by understanding where you are, where you want to go, and what gets in the way. From there, we build something that actually works for your schedule, your body, and your goals.

Philosophy

Fitness is not a destination — it is a practice. The goal is not a six-week transformation. The goal is to build habits and capacity that compound over years. The people who see the best results are not the ones who trained the hardest. They are the ones who never really stopped.
