Why Consistency Beats Intensity Every Time
Training hard is overrated. Training consistently is what actually moves the needle — here is why showing up beats going all-out.

- mindset
Every January, gyms fill up with people training as hard as they possibly can. By February, most of them are gone.
Intensity is seductive. It feels productive. It looks impressive. But it burns people out faster than almost anything else in fitness.
Consistency, on the other hand, compounds. Three sessions a week for a year will produce better results than six sessions a week for two months followed by nothing. Your body adapts to stimulus over time. It needs that time. Skipping the recovery phase to add more volume does not speed things up — it slows them down.
The best programme is not the most advanced one. It is the one you will still be doing in six months.
